Rent (starting August 1st) includes: ALL utilities (heat*, hot water, electric, water/sewer), FREE WiFi, rubbish removal / recycling pickup, plowing, and lawn maintenance.
Cost: $595 per person per month. First month’s rent and security deposit due at signing. No pets. No smoking. There will be a separate lease with each person and landlord. *- up to 600 gallons of oil paid by landlord for a 12-month lease.
